**Starting is $2 USD per hour. If you are able to quickly learn and grow, then the base salary will increase in proportion to your learning and growth.
**There are six training levels and it can take a minimum of two years to two and a half years to achieve mastery.
**If you get hired, you will be under probation for 90 days. The first three weeks will be culture and foundation training. Each time you complete a course will do real-life practices and you are expected to demonstrate all your learnings.
**There are timeframes and metrics for each training and task. The timeframe for the tasks would be limited and you will be expected to go out of your comfort zone in order to meet the expectations.
**The tasks will be writing of contents for marketing purposes - this will include blogs and articles, website contents, brochures, newsletters, eBooks, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications
--THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING of Copywriting and Content Marketing is a MUST (we will provide the learning materials that you need to read and understand prior to your interview)
--Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral
--Writes clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
--Must be willing and able to follow the writing standards of the company
--Highly creative and imaginative with a keen eye on details
--Knowledge in driving traffic and increasing views for a digital publication is an advantage but not required
--Excellent work ethic, dedicated, committed and smart
--Computer and internet savvy is a MUST
--Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs
--Willing to learn/work in a fast-paced environment
--Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (8 PM - 5 AM Philippine time)
--Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer (and backup)
--Must be residing in the Philippines. We are not accepting foreign applicants
--Must be willing to commit full time. We don’t accept part-timers and/or freelancers
