Assists with the recruitment and screening of qualified applicants by conducting interview and as necessary, administering exams.
Oversee the proper implementation and availment of statutory benefits such as SSS, HDMF and Philhealth as well as company provided benefits
Prepares personnel-related memoranda and correspondences.
Provides, counsels, issues Disciplinary Actions to staff on different violations on company policies and procedures.
Develop, implements and monitor company policies and procedures
Prepares contract for newly hired employees, personnel action notices for salary adjustment, transfer regularization and separation from the company. Maintains and updates employee personnel file (201).
Plan, organize and coordinate company-sponsored activities such as, Christmas Party, company outing etc.,
Coordinates monitor and recommends training programs for employees.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resources Management Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Preferably specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
